Orchard Layout

Recently we were approached by a client to develop a orchard layout tool to be used for the installation of irrigation system and targeting tree locations. Working with the professors at Chico State and the engineering staff from Topcon we were able to write a software and implement existing tools to create a complete orchard layout package. We successfully demonstrated with a olive grower that was able to plant 35,000 olive trees in a single day. By determining the direction of the tree row the system will automatically layout a grid with all tree locations. We also provide autopilot systems for pulling tree row berm and automatic tree planters.
